While riding with Karla Wells, Bob Hancock and Jen ... Judie and Crandall on their second trail ride come upon a BOOGY MAN -- a mylar balloon, red and silver and caught on the weeds, blowing in the wind. The horses took a while to sneak up to about 100 feet from the monster and Judie got off and led Crandall to the obstacle. Then Bob's horse got a little closer, Karla's mare said "um no ... this is my comfort zone and I see absolutely no reason to approach." Then Jen and Wildfire, AKA Braveheart, came up and Wildfire went right to it. Then Bob got his horse to accept the scary balloons.

The horses were pretty sweaty with the sudden turn of the weather and after a ride in the 80-degre heat. Karla cools Bob's horse off while having a smoke. Great day for all. |
