Sammy had a lot of problems when he came to
MSTC. He was afraid of the world and had a habit of
bucking his rider off when scared. He stayed at MSTC for
three days over Thanksgiving and I worked on his bucking
problem. I gave him lots of confidence, and he has learned
to follow the human and take direction instead of going directly
into flight mode.
Sammy will continue to have at least one
training session a week for awhile so he can continue on the
trail safely.
| Hi Judie
Thank you so much for
all that you accomplished with Sammy. I'm really
very excited about working with him. Would you
consider coming here to go out on my trails with me?
I was thinking it would be good for him to help him gain
confidence if I took him out on my trails.

See you soon,

Sammy has learned to follow pressure,

Its not about the rope --
its about standing still and accepting |

Sammy is not at all head shy -- and now his ears are warm |
